  2. Credits are deducted as you send messages

Recharging Wallet

Adding Funds

Recharge in 3 steps:

  1. Go to Billing > Recharge Wallet
  2. Enter amount (minimum ₹100)
  3. Complete payment

Auto-recharge

Enable Auto-recharge

Never run out of credits:

  1. Go to Billing > Settings
  2. Enable Auto-recharge
  3. Set threshold (e.g., ₹500)
  4. Set recharge amount (e.g., ₹5,000)
  5. Save

When balance drops below threshold, wallet automatically recharges.

Recharge Notifications

Get notified:

  • Email confirmation
  • SMS alert
  • In-app notification
  • Invoice generated

Payment Failures

What Happens

If payment fails:

  1. You're notified immediately
  2. Sending paused (if balance = 0)
  3. Retry payment prompted
  4. 7-day grace period

Resolving Failures

Common reasons:

  • Insufficient Funds: Add money to bank account
  • Card Expired: Update card details
  • Daily Limit: Wait or use another method
  • Bank Decline: Contact your bank

Refunds

Refund Policy

Refunds available for:

Processing Time: 5-7 business days
