Campaigns

Oblic's campaign management system allows you to create, schedule, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Email and WhatsApp. Track real-time performance and optimize with A/B testing.

Overview

Campaigns are the core of your marketing efforts in Oblic. Each campaign consists of:

  • Audience: Contact lists or segments
  • Content: Email or WhatsApp message templates
  • Schedule: Send immediately or schedule for later
  • Analytics: Real-time tracking and reporting

Creating a Campaign

1. Choose Your Channel

Navigate to Campaigns > Create Campaign and select:

  • Email Campaign: Rich HTML emails with tracking
  • WhatsApp Campaign: Direct messages to WhatsApp Business

2. Select Your Audience

Choose from:

  • Contact Lists: Static groups of contacts
  • Segments: Dynamic groups based on criteria
  • Custom Selection: Manual contact selection

3. Design Your Message

Use the Template Builder to create your content:

  • Drag-and-drop email builder with MJML
  • Pre-built templates
  • Personalization with variables like {{contact.firstName}}
  • Preview across devices

4. Schedule and Send

Options include:

  • Send Now: Immediate delivery
  • Schedule: Pick date and time (timezone-aware)
  • Send Time Optimization: AI-powered best send time

Campaign Types

Email Campaigns

  • Newsletter: Regular updates to your audience
  • Promotional: Sales and offers
  • Transactional: Order confirmations, receipts
  • Drip: Automated email sequences

WhatsApp Campaigns

  • Broadcast: Send approved templates to multiple contacts
  • Promotional: Marketing messages (requires opt-in)
  • Transactional: Order updates, OTPs

A/B Testing

Test different versions of your campaign:

  1. Create campaign variants (Subject lines, content, CTAs)
  2. Split your audience automatically
  3. Set a winning metric (Opens, Clicks, Conversions)
  4. Review results and send winning version

Campaign Analytics

Track performance with:

  • Delivery Rate: Successfully delivered messages
  • Open Rate: Email opens (tracked via pixels)

Campaign Duplication

Save time by duplicating successful campaigns:
