Organization Settings

Basic Information

Configure organization details:

Contact Information

Primary contact details:

  • Business Address: Full address
  • Phone Number: Contact number

Time Zone

Set your time zone:

  • Affects campaign scheduling

  • Team member defaults

Adding Team Members

Invite team members:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address

Security Settings

Password Policy

Enforce strong passwords:

Two-Factor Authentication

Manage API access:

Create Key:

  2. Click Create API Key
  3. Enter name/description

  • Write: campaigns, contacts, templates
  • Delete: campaigns, contacts
  • Admin: Full access

Email Configuration

Sender Settings

Configure sending:

From Name:

  • Default sender name
  • Per-campaign override

From Email:

  • Primary sending email
  • Must be verified
  • SPF/DKIM/DMARC required

Reply-to Email:

  • Where replies go
  • Can differ from sender
  • Multiple addresses supported

Domain Authentication

Verify your domain:

Settings > Domains

Steps:

  1. Add domain
  2. Copy DNS records
  3. Add to DNS provider
  4. Verify (can take 48 hours)

Records Required:

  • SPF: Sender Policy Framework
  • DKIM: DomainKeys Identified Mail
  • DMARC: Domain-based Message Authentication

Bounce Handling

Manage bounces:

Soft Bounce:

  • Retry 3 times over 72 hours
  • Then mark inactive

Hard Bounce:

  • Immediately unsubscribe
  • No retry attempts

  • Alert at 5% threshold
