These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Oblic cloud services provided by Cunomial. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of terms

You must be of legal age and authorized to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the services.

Description of service

Oblic provides software capabilities for customer communication workflows, including campaign management, automation, engagement tracking, and related platform features.

You are responsible for internet connectivity, compatible equipment, and lawful use of your account.

Account obligations

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account.

If you create an organization account, administrators are responsible for workspace configuration, user management, and internal governance.

Privacy and data handling

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your use of the services implies acceptance of that policy.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are subscription-based unless otherwise agreed in writing. Renewals may occur at the end of a billing cycle unless canceled in advance according to your contract or plan terms.

Restrictions on use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by:

  • Violating laws or third-party rights
  • Uploading unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempting to disrupt or degrade service availability
  • Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Misrepresenting identity or account ownership

Intellectual property

Cunomial and Oblic names, logos, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks requires prior permission.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, legal requirements, security risks, or prolonged inactivity apply. You may request account termination at any time, subject to contractual obligations.

Disclaimer and limitation

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Cunomial disclaims implied warranties and limits liability as permitted by law and applicable contract terms.

Governing law

Unless otherwise specified in your executed agreement, disputes are subject to applicable laws and jurisdiction described in your service contract or order form.
